Marketing Personality of the Year

Natalie St. Louis

As the Sales and Marketing Manager at HOT 102 FM, Mrs. Natalie St. Louis has overall responsibility for the Marketing and Sales Departments in both Kingston and Montego Bay.

She has been successful in fulfilling her objective of increasing market share and gross revenue, while offering value-added products to listeners, employees, shareholders and the wider community.

Mrs. St. Louis developed her marketing, promotion and sales management skills over the years that she was employed to the Jamaica Tourist Board and Pulse Investments Limited.

Her hands-on experience has been complemented by executive education from the Harvard University’s School of Business Administration and the Mona Institute of Business. Mrs. St. Louis holds a Masters in Business Administration from the Nova South Eastern University, Florida; and a Bachelor of Science degree in Management and Economics from the UWI, Mona.

Natalie list the staging of HOT102 FM First Advertising Awards as her most notable achievement for 2000. This event she says “had positive impact and strengthened the company’s position in the market.

Headed by brothers Patrick and Kirk Waldemar, Waterworks Ltd. was launched in 1985 as a 'boutique-style' design house. Today, it's a member of the Advertising Agencies Association of Jamaica with an impressive roster of clients, offering a full range of communication services - including Press, Radio, TV & Outdoor Advertising; 'below the line' Promotions, Packaging, Brochures, Posters. Exhibits and Displays. Waterworks is noted for fast turnaround and distinctive creativity of its work are the hallmarks of this agency, with a staff of ten. “All projects are handled with an eye to quality; and we aim at all times to eliminate the organizational bureaucracy, which is often associated with large agencies,” Kirk Waldemar says.

The agency is also competing for top honors for its campaigns for ‘Digita’ Wireless Services; Lees Fifth Avenue and ‘Oh Ship!’ promotion for The Gleaner Company Limited.
